Open Water Swim
This is NOT a club coached session, it's a group of people that meets for a 15-45 minutes (depends water temperature) open water swim. We swim in a group by sighting a landmark such as a moored boat that is 200 to 300 meters away; swim to it and regroup, count heads, chat and drift on the current. You will need a bright swim hat so that we can see each other and so the boat traffic can see us.
After the swim most (but not all) of us run around the Warren, 4 to 6 miles, and then regroup in either the Swan or the Ship for a drink.
Check on the training forum for more info.
