Marshals will ensure that cycles are not ridden until the public highway is reached.

Cyclists will follow this road, taking care to abide by the rules of the road at any roundabouts or crossings encountered until they reach a point a few hundred yards short of Modbury village.

Failure to do so will result in a time penalty. Competitor's numbers will be recorded at this point. Cyclists cross over the road and return along the A379 to Plymouth.

  • Cyclists return to Plymouth and at the second roundabout, turn left into Stanborough Road. Continue along this road and after approx 1 Km take the left fork into Dunstone Drive and continue to Furzehatt Road where you will have to turn right. Continue along Underlane towards Hoee Road until you reach the Mount Batten Centre.
